Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next month’s payment is processed to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle. To cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before your renewal date via email or through your account dashboard.

Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will work with you to make necessary revisions to ensure you are happy with the final product.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services.

  • If the final product does not meet the outlined scope, and we are unable to make satisfactory revisions.

  • If you request a refund within 7 days of the service delivery and have provided a reasonable explanation for your dissatisfaction.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already completed and approved by the client.

  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
